Two time winner of the NaNoWrimo with Scarlet Threads and The Gypsy Rose, I have made my childhood dream of being a published author come true and am currently working on creating a podcast for my books. My books are currently available on the Amazon market for your kindle or in paperback format. I prefer to write novels, but will write poetry or work on novellas (shorter than a novel and longer than a short story).

It's been a fun and crazy summer. Our June Nerdblock hasn't shown up yet and so we decided to make a video about it. As far as I can tell, no one has gotten one. I've checked out the other Youtubers who also review/unbox the Nerdboxes and none of them have uploaded June's Classic Nerdblock. My kids and I now dress up for the videos and use the themes to figure out our costumes. June's theme was badass women. We ended up making a short movie about it. So Harley Quinn(Trixie) and Giovanni(Team Rocket/Pokemon) (Brickdude), and Wonder Woman(me) are looking into the missing Nerdblocks. Here's hoping the case is solved soon.

I can't believe so much has happened since I've last been take a moment to write or do much editing. Between the school stuff and the end of the school year errands, I've been trying to get to my writing more often. I've time traveled to the 1800s with my daughter, help do some book binding with the 3rd grade, collected and prepared to close the reading the library at the kids' school, and helped out around the school for Fantastic Fun Day and a few 5th grade things for my son's class. In the end, I'm hoping to be able to sneak in some artsy time for me between the stuff that typically happens during the summer. I am hoping to publish this F

With May 4th just around the corner, Trixie and Brickdude have made a special video with the Jedi Knight Lightsaber featuring the apparently all too awesome golden lightsaber and now they hope to do a Bladebuilder build off using their complete collection of lightsabers and kits from the Bladebuilder sets. They have 3 different kits and a lot of sabers. Jedis Trixie and Brickdude like to battle their Sithe-Lord mother and her protector, Darth Pug. It's virtually cosplay without the costumes and makeup. I've seen people who are horrified to see kids go at each other and their mother with their hardy plastic lightsabers
